The Sales Reset® Pilot

A 90-day experiment. The Sales Reset® Pilot tests a straightforward hypothesis in your specific situation: that defining customer outcomes more rigorously at the point of sale improves commercial results across the business.

A structured test, not a transformation programme. The pilot is designed to produce evidence that you can evaluate. Peter Button works with your senior leadership team, a subset of your sales team and some of their operational colleagues on live sales opportunities over 90 days. This is a cross-functional commercial improvement, not a sales training programme.

AI is used throughout. From the very earliest conversations, AI tools are used to capture, document, and improve every aspect of the pilot. Every session is recorded, transcribed, and synthesised.
